From a young age the world presents itself to us as organised within its own chaos. These arrangements form part of the general knowledge that we acquire over the span of our lifetimes. And so we go on to understand the world as the organisation of materials, approaches, stories etc, that in turn convey the human being as an expert of the every-day. But the artist has to see the world with a fresh vision, always as if it were the first time, this is the great challenge. The artist needs this clarity in order to create an opinion about what he sees and what he feels, because ones own world as a concept is a theme that is full of possibilities.
I have opted once more to declassify, that which is nature, sculpture, photography, installation… all things that suppose artistry in the context of contemporary art. The search for new limits has always been a natural distraction in art, my intention is to find a space of plenitude where things flow outside of any category, eliminating the roughness of language, connecting life with art and deepening the totality between being and the world.
